The people running the Prickly Pear are great and took very good care of me. The room was clean, spacious, well stocked, with a kitchen, outdoor balcony, comfortable bed, and comfortable furniture. The price felt right for what you get. It's also ideally placed for walking around Cave Creek and reaching restaurants and shops. I think it's the best place to stay in town. I'll bring my wife next time we visit, and she's hard to please, but I know she won't be disappointed.

The Purple room had a comfortable king bed and a lovely, spacious shower, and the rooms overall are clean and roomy, styled with a Southwestern feel. The Inn sits between a delicious restaurant and a homemade ice cream shop, with a fun gift shop attached that has a bit of everything. Don't let the two-star label put you off, Prickly Pear Inn feels like five stars for comfort, location, and style.

The room was spotless and lovely, and the price was good for what you get. It's surprisingly quiet inside, even though the Inn is above shops and restaurants. The innkeepers are easy to deal with, and the location has a lot of charm. A great place to stay.

It's a small place with a lot of charm, and the location made it easy to walk to the things we wanted to do. We loved the furnished room and thoughtful little touches, including tasty cookies and candy on the pillow. The outdoor patio balcony was a delight. Don't miss it.

A really nice place to stay, with very comfortable beds and good amenities. There's a great restaurant on site, and the kitchenette is nicely equipped with high-end appliances.
