Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia

The location worked well, and we had a quiet, spacious room for the week. Breakfast was decent. I do wish the TV had streaming apps instead of cable, and the rates could be better.

The room’s layout made it feel open, especially with the bed facing the window and those beautiful views. It was very clean, and the bathroom was clean and well designed too. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend staying here for work or a getaway.

The setting is scenic, though there’s not much around in the way of shops or restaurants. We liked that it’s non-smoking and our room didn’t smell of smoke or drugs. Our king suite was surprisingly spacious, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bread, and muffins. We really enjoyed our stay.

This felt very suspicious. The desk clerk typed in my card details instead of swiping or inserting the card, then said it was declined and refused to enter the information again. I used the same card later without any problems.
