Our car broke down while we were traveling with a large family over the holidays, and we were stranded. The hotel made it easy to book two rooms late that evening. On Christmas Eve, the car was towed to a shop, and we didn't know if it would be fixed before the holiday closure. I explained what was happening to the kind people at the hotel. They helped make room for my little ones to burn off energy, and were understanding and did everything they could to accommodate us. Their kindness meant so much when we were in a difficult spot. Thank you.

This motel is handy for the highway, which was the only positive for me. The room was filthy, the bathroom didn't work right, and noise from other rooms kept me up all night. At the front desk, they wouldn't accept my booking or honor the lower online rate, which felt like a total scam.

Rebecca and Elizabeth were both helpful when our grandchild's car broke down, and we're very grateful. They let us leave the broken-down car there while we figured out how to get it home. The room was very clean and comfortable, though we only slept for a couple of hours. We'd stay again.

The staff were quick to accommodate us, and the front desk guy was especially sweet. My wife and I couldn't carry some of the heavier bags, and he helped bring them in. The rooms were clean, and the mobility rooms met my wife's standards. Breakfast is a small, convenient grab-and-go, with the best Dennys right next door if you need something more filling. There used to be coffee in the bedrooms, but now there's a coffee bar by the front desk. Cleanliness wasn't an issue, and we appreciated the amazing team and their service.
