Best Western Plus Centralia Hotel & Suites

The rooms were clean, and the first staff member I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I wanted late checkout and used the link on the website they sent me. They charged my card, then said I couldn't stay because the website was wrong. We were there for my daughter's birthday, and she and her friends wanted to swim. Her father spoke to the front desk and got a pretty unkind response. He paid another $25 for an extended stay so the girls could enjoy the party, but I eventually got so frustrated that I said we were packing up and leaving. When I asked for the $25 back, I was met with a hateful attitude. It was implied I didn't deserve the same service because I'd won the room in a giveaway instead of paying for it. I did get money back, but only $15 of the $25. I said I'd call corporate, and as I walked away she called me an obscene name. I recorded the entire interaction. Trying to speak with anyone about it was ridiculous. I was sent an email chastising me and basically calling me a liar. I'll never go back or stay at another Best Western.

I was on a long-distance bike trip when I stopped here. The room was clean and affordable, and the desk staff were friendly with a great sense of humor. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful too.

We've stayed in different rooms here over the past month on a work trip. They're all clean, spacious, updated, and have really comfortable beds. Breakfast has great options, and the attentive staff keep everything fresh and stocked. The staff are friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely stay here again if work brings us back to the area.
