Susan, who I believe was the night auditor, was wonderful. I called ahead to make sure my grandmother would have an accessible room, and Susan said she’d add a note to the reservation. It was reassuring to know the room type I needed was secured. The gentleman who checked us in and the woman who checked us out were both polite. She also confirmed we had one car for both rooms so we wouldn’t be charged twice for parking. Breakfast was quick and easy, just what we needed before the long drive home. We had a great stay in October with the family. Check-in and checkout were very easy, and the price was decent. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone passing through and will definitely stay next time I’m in the area.

I spent almost a month here and had a great stay. The place was clean, breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Ashley, Leo, America, Courtney, and Adema for being consistently kind and professional. I may have forgotten a few names, but every staff member I met was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, friendly stay.

Ann at the front desk was especially helpful and professional. My husband and I stayed here in February, and we had a great experience: the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast excellent. Check-in and checkout were both quick.

The parking area wasn’t ideal for my tour bus, especially with the snow, but we managed to make it work safely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby and breakfast area were bright and clean.

The staff at the front desk helped us arrange our stay, made room for our bikes, and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Breakfast had something for everyone, from yogurt to biscuits and gravy, and the place was squeaky clean. The service was stellar. Stay here!
