We called Comfort Inn in a rush after checking out immediately from a nearby hotel that was filthy and had shockingly poor service. Our family had relatives coming from three states for a graduation, and Coolidge went out of his way to find rooms for everyone right then. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, just what we needed after that stressful start. Coolidge gave our family the best customer service we've ever had. Don't choose a cheaper hotel just to save a few dollars, you really do get what you pay for. Comfort Inn, especially Coolidge, made all the difference.

The breakfast was ready by 7, with coffee and good breakfast options to grab, especially the waffles, eggs, and sausage. My three-day, two-night weekend stay went really well, and I'd happily return. Front desk staff were all professional, polite, and very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. My room smelled clean, everything worked, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were softer than I prefer, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There was plenty of parking, and the lot felt fairly safe. The area was clean and nice, and I didn't worry about my car being vandalized.

The rates were decent and the location was perfect. It's an older place, but my room was clean. The mattresses felt a little worn, and the bathroom was small, with the sink separate from the toilet and bath/shower. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple, and the area was very clean.

I needed somewhere comfortable to rest and recharge while in Chandler for work, and this hotel suited me well. I stayed six nights. I'm a picky traveler and felt hesitant at first, but as soon as I walked in, I knew I'd chosen right. The staff were polite, the rooms were wonderful, and the atmosphere was just what I needed. We had a small issue with daily service at first, but the front desk sorted it out quickly. I had a great stay, would recommend it, and will be back.

We had a living room suite, which made the stay really comfortable, and the room was perfect. Check-in was flawless and impressed me. I also loved the decorated tree in the lobby, such a lovely welcome. The vending machines and snack area were convenient, and free coffee, juice, and water were a nice bonus.
