The location and rooms are decent, and noise reduction can be okay if you're in the right part of the hotel. But it badly needs a deep clean. They seem to do the bare minimum, and the shower was really bad. Don't look behind the bed or around the couch. The couch was so filthy it gave me an allergic reaction. The staff seemed completely over it, which made me wonder if they're underpaid. The director of sales was working in a dirty, rundown room turned into an office. It felt weird that she was there talking to me and kept stopping me to pet my service animal, when I didn't want to be bothered. In the morning, I was leaving by the side door in my pajamas and she was there talking to me again. The front desk also tried to slip a pet fee past me while my service animal, clearly marked by her vest, was right beside me. I asked what the fee was for, though I already knew from researching, and the front desk lady reluctantly explained after peering over and sighing at my service dog. The staff seemed so over it. Parking costs extra in an uncovered lot, even though there's plenty of parking at the shops next door. It feels like a money grab, with no real amenities, and isn't worth the price.

The property is very nice and very clean, though there were a few small adjustments still underway after the hotel changed from Residence Inn to a Sonesta Select. What really stood out was the service. Ro and Chantelle at reception, Matt in maintenance, and Jaye at the breakfast bar were all amazing. They were professional, caring, kind, gracious, and personable, and clearly wanted to make my stay as good as possible. Nice hotels and clean rooms are great, but people like this make the service feel top tier and rare these days. Love, love, love this place!

Ana at the front desk is amazing, and I usually stay here often when I'm in town for work. But these recent nights were the worst I've had here. I paid $400, and that kind of money matters. A group of high school coaches and students was staying at the hotel, with kids running and making noise in the halls all night. I complained a few times, but the front desk seemed overwhelmed by how little they could do. I had to confront the students myself, and after three nights of poor sleep, I was especially worn out because I needed to be at work by 4am. Management should have checked on the disruption and dealt with it. Guests should follow the hotel's rules and respect other people's privacy, or be asked to leave and refunded. The kids seemed to have no curfew from their coaches. This isn't a horrible hotel, but they don't do enough to manage large crowds.

For a hotel in the middle of a large shopping center with a parking lot, having to pay for parking was disappointing. There was no free breakfast either, even though this is not a four or five star hotel. The room felt mediocre, about like a Residence Inn, Best Western, or Red Roof Inn, where breakfast is usually served. I also woke up several times around 5-6am because I could hear footsteps and running upstairs. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

I expected basic courtesy at a four-star hotel, but instead the receptionist yelled at me in front of other people when I went to the desk to sort out a problem with the key card I was given at check-in yesterday. The way I was treated was hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Management needs to train staff to treat guests with respect and provide proper customer service.
