I spent two nonconsecutive nights here in two different rooms. The rooms and hallways seemed clean, the staff was respectful, and the curtains gave good privacy. I liked that the king beds had king-size pillows instead of the extra queen-size ones some hotels use. Breakfast had lots of choices that looked tasty. For standard accommodations, though, the rooms felt pricey, even though I had a decent stay overall. Some outlets in both rooms didn't work, and you had to switch on nearly every light to get the room fully lit. The pool is only 3 1/2 feet deep, and the water slide shown in photos no longer exists. The hot tub wasn't cold, but could have been hotter while still safe. Its handicap lift blocks the view of the pool, which makes it hard for parents in the hot tub to watch their kids. All the windows between the hall and pool are cracked. I read that remodeling has been underway, so the damage could be something they're planning to fix, or it could be from work they've been doing.

The hotel was quiet and convenient, which made the trip feel easy. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and check-in was quick and friendly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a bed that made for a restful night. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. I'd happily stay here again and recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable place.

We'd stay here again. There are lots of food options nearby, though when a blizzard led us to order one meal through Doordash, it took almost two hours. Our room was quiet and clean. Every ice machine was out of order during our stay, December 27-29, 2025, and one of the two elevators was down too. Breakfast was the usual kind, served from 6 to 9:30, maybe 10.

The hotel is still being remodeled, and the room was okay. ADA should take a look at the room and bathroom layout: the shower bench is right beside the sink, so a person in a wheelchair can't transfer to the tub seat.

Trying to arrange a hotel block for my wedding has been a terrible experience. I filled out the form in person, but they still haven't responded to my request for a contract. The lack of communication is appalling and incredibly frustrating, and the hotel has been extremely unprofessional.
