Hotel O Luxury Inn Channelview Baytown I-10

I showed up after booking online and was told there'd be a deposit. That should have been listed on the website so I could know before I went there. The rooms were empty, but the staff were rude, lied, and made no effort to accommodate me.

I found bed bugs in the bed, and they wouldn't refund my money. The whole place was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Don't put yourself through this.

The cigarette smell was so strong that turning on the AC felt like going into a casino. I came out of the room smelling like tobacco. Everything was dirty, including the microwave, and there wasn't even space to open the refrigerator. The place made me feel sick. The price doesn't excuse being disgusting. We won't get into how the owners or managers treated us. Please look elsewhere, there are better places for the same price. I should've read the reviews before arriving.

They start knocking aggressively and calling the room phone 30 minutes before checkout, rushing you to leave. The place isn't luxurious, but for the price it's okay. My room smelled like smoke, the bed covers had cigarette holes, the ceiling lights were broken, and the door's lock latch was missing. When I told management, they brushed it off as no issue, though it mattered to me as a paying customer. I wouldn't recommend it.
