The courtyard felt like a little hidden gem, and we barely needed our vehicle because so much was within walking distance. Our Ford Explorer fit in the designated parking space, though anything larger would have trouble getting in. We stayed four nights in the pool house while in Charleston for a wedding in December. The photos were accurate, the place was beautifully decorated and had the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed the heated pool at the end of each day. The property managers were attentive and let us check in early since we arrived sooner than expected. We loved our stay and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Samantha in the office was so sweet and answered all my questions before the trip and while we were there. We stayed on Cannon Street in a beautiful, quiet and private house with lovely views and amazing sunlight. Its architecture and details were incredible, and it was close enough to walk to King Street and the surrounding areas downtown. This was one of our favorite Charleston trips, and we'll definitely use CHC again.

Our suite was lovely, quiet, clean and well equipped, and the grounds felt gorgeous and private. Charleston was a perfect stay for us, with a fantastic location that made getting around on foot so easy. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The pet-friendly apartment worked well for me and my two cats, and the team took their safety seriously if maintenance needed to come by while I was out. That gave me real peace of mind. I also liked having towels, soap and toilet paper supplied, and the cleaning visit went smoothly, with paper towels and toilet paper restocked. CHC was attentive whenever I had a concern, and the apartment was cute, charming and newly remodeled, right in downtown Charleston. The whole setup felt much better than Airbnb: I had a company supporting me rather than a single owner, with the best parts of hotel service in a cute house in a great part of town. Highly recommend.

The courtyard was a perfect spot for morning coffee, and after a long day exploring Charleston, the pool was wonderfully relaxing. I appreciated the contactless entry and didn't run into any other guests. Suite 2 was charming, clean and had everything we needed. The host communicated clearly about when the room would be ready, gave detailed parking and arrival instructions, and replied quickly to our requests. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Charleston.
