Sleep Inn Charleston North

I've stayed here several times, and it's become my go-to in Charleston. The staff are friendly, and they have free cookies and popcorn all day. They've been modernizing the rooms, which looked fine already, and the updated ones look brand new. My only suggestion is to make the rooms darker at night. In one room, a lot of hall light came through the closed door. In another updated room, the bathroom outlet light cast a glow across the whole room. Excellent value.

The breakfast wasn't quite what I expected from other reviews. I stayed five days, and the options never changed, though they were standard and I'm not complaining. Everything else was lovely: updated, clean rooms, a super comfy bed, a hot shower with great pressure, and convenient parking. The friendly staff greeted me when I arrived and said goodbye when I left. The room was way better than the nightly cost. Whenever I'm in the Charleston area, this will be my go-to. Highly recommend!

The free breakfast, plus complimentary cookies and popcorn every day, really sold me. The hotel is close to everything without being right on top of it, and the rooms seem updated and clean. Exactly as advertised, with very friendly, helpful staff. I'll definitely be back.

I stay at four-star hotels across the country, and I'd absolutely return here. The room was inviting and well appointed, small but laid out so thoughtfully that everything had its place. Staff were always moving quickly and getting things done. The location was convenient, next to a family restaurant. One of the most surprisingly perfect stays.
