The bartenders, Allen and Rose, made our evenings at the bar a highlight with expertly made cocktails and friendly company. Wade at the front desk was also welcoming, efficient, and helpful at check-in and whenever we had a question. Most of all, the butlers David and Will made the stay unforgettable. They were professional, kind, and attentive, anticipating what we needed before we asked and taking care of every detail. The hotel's comfort and amenities were great, but the team is what makes the experience memorable. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The Spectator Hotel really is spectacular. The spacious, clean room and bathroom even came with a towel warmer, and the walls kept noise out well. They left water, soft drinks, and snacks, and brought a delicious complimentary breakfast to our room. The attention to detail and customer-service attitude were fantastic throughout. I can't say enough good things about the property. We stayed at Fountaine Blue in Las Vegas recently, and The Spectator beats them!

Hanna at the guest service desk helped us find our Uber and a restaurant, and Evelyn at the bar was attentive and great at her job. I really appreciated both of them, and hope you let them know how grateful I am. James was on valet when we arrived and was ready to help, kind, and a pleasure to talk with. He was there at checkout too, brought the car quickly, and even offered to take our empty cups from the car to throw away. He's a professional, thoughtful employee and should be valued. Hope to see him again. See you soon.

The butler team made everything feel seamless and attentive, and we loved the speakeasy-style bar as a polished place to have a cocktail. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Spectator. It's an elegant hotel in a perfect location, with truly outstanding service. We'd gladly return and recommend it for a luxury stay in Charleston.

I can be picky about hotels, but we loved our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the butler service and turndown were both great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Great location, delicious breakfast, and nice towel warmers and shower. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend 👌
