What stood out most to me was that they don’t charge a pet fee, which feels especially considerate in the current climate. The staff were amazing, the room was fresh and clean, and parking was plentiful. The location was perfect for the event I attended a few weeks ago. Because of the pet policy and the other positives, I’ll stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was the perfect hotel for us. We stayed at an Aloft in Jacksonville Fl and Charlotte because the rates were good, there was no fee for our 2 small dogs, and we could get a ground floor room to take them out quickly. The pet relief areas around the property were great too. Our room was clean and excellent, with plenty of counter space for our things and low beds. Service was excellent. There wasn’t cooked to order breakfast, but the grab and go options covered breakfast and lunch on the road at a reasonable cost. I’d only ask for a Keurig in the room, though they did put out free hot coffee by 5:45 AM. We ate at Flower Child next door, which was great, and got ice ream nearby too.

I brought a few of my kids for a quick getaway, and we’ll stay here again. They loved the heated indoor pool, and the staff and rooms were excellent. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, so the location worked perfectly.

The location and staff are excellent. I liked that you can leave the AC fan blowing constantly, but the frosted shower glass faces the bedroom. With children in the room, you basically can’t shower. Some of the design choices are great, and some are poor.

The rooms were clean, which is my biggest concern when staying away from home. It’s a convenient spot in a nice area, close to several restaurants. The hotel provided fantastic customer service and was not only dog friendly but welcoming to dogs too. Excellent stay.
