Comfort Inn Charlotte Airport Uptown

The airport shuttle was prompt, and Sam was a very helpful, kind driver both ways. The hotel is close to the airport, and they let us leave our car there for the rest of our trip at a low cost; nothing happened to it. We arrived late, but Sugura at the front desk, whose name I may have spelled wrong, was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. The place was very clean, felt safe and comfortable, and had no bugs or bad smells. She and Sam were exceptionally kind. Can’t wait to stay here again.

A flight problem meant my husband and I suddenly needed a hotel, and Comfort Inn made a stressful situation much easier. Eddie welcomed us and was polite and professional throughout. He deserves a raise! The breakfast had a nice range of good options, and the airport shuttle was smooth and convenient in both directions. It was our first stay, and we’d happily come back. I’d recommend it.

I was left without a hotel after American Airlines suddenly cancelled my voucher. I was upset and prepared to pay for a room myself, but Suggu, Sam, Cynthia, and Eddie helped me get a room for the night. They were friendly, courteous, kind, and very accommodating, which made everything much easier. If you’re passing through Charlotte, I highly recommend staying here. The staff really goes out of their way to help guests.
