The room had a problem that wasn’t Tina’s fault, but she still made accommodations for me. At the front desk, she asked how the stay was going, listened to my concerns, and helped me feel better. Charlotte kept breakfast stocked and clean, and made sure everyone was looked after with a smile. She was so warm and welcoming that it felt like being greeted by family, and she absolutely made our morning. Her good mood set us up for the day. Employees like her are why people come back. She’s a gem and deserves a raise!

The staff and management were welcoming, polite, and ready to help. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the room felt comfortable and looked brand new. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

We turned around and left as soon as we saw the room. There was caked-on food on the floors, hair and dirt everywhere, stained sheets, and bedding that was pilling. The floor was coming apart in several places. The manager said not every room was like that, but the lobby counter also had caked-on food, the elevator looked like it had never been swept, and the whole hotel smelled musty. Seeing those areas made me wonder how dirty the parts guests can't see might be.
