Courtyard Charlotte Ballantyne

We came to town for a family member's funeral services, and the front desk was helpful and wonderful throughout. Our rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and hardworking. The showers were the only issue: water seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor however we adjusted the sliding doors. Otherwise, we had no problems and would stay here again. Thank you!

Racquel and Lucille helped make the stay truly great, and even the engineer who came when my room key had a small hiccup was kind and fixed it quickly. The property is beautiful, spotless, and the rooms are huge and really comfortable. From the moment you walk in, you get warm smiles and friendly help. This is easily one of my top three Marriott stays. I'd come back again and again without a second thought.

Xaise made sure my stay went smoothly, from a warm, friendly greeting and quick check-in to having my room ready early. The room was very clean, and Xaise explained the bistro hours, gym, and complimentary shuttle service. I highly recommend the hotel. Xaise is fantastic, and I'll definitely be back.

I chose this hotel for a business stay because it's conveniently located for Ballentyne. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mary was especially pleasant and helpful at the breakfast bar.
