The outdoor area was a pleasant place to unwind after a long day, and the location is handy for the outlets if you want to shop. Parking was easy too, with plenty of spaces. My room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful through check-in and the rest of my visit. I had a really enjoyable, comfortable stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The rooms are a decent size and comfortable. There aren’t many extras, though: no complimentary breakfast, bottles of water cost extra, and there are no water refill stations. I’d say it suits a business trip better than a personal vacation.

The room was clean and comfortable, but my daughter and I had no hot water in either the shower or tub, so we couldn’t take a hot bath or shower before leaving that morning. I politely reported it to the front desk. The woman said sorry but didn’t ask for the room number or write anything down. When I asked if she needed the number, she said yes. I gave it to her, and that was all. She didn’t say anyone would come fix it or offer any help. I paid a lot for one night and couldn’t even shower. I’m very disappointed and feel I should have received some kind of compensation.

After booking through booking.com, I drove over 4 hours to get there, only to be refused my room. The front desk receptionist showed no sympathy. They wouldn’t accept the card I’d used to reserve, and wouldn’t let me pay the deposit with any other card, so I was left outside in the cold with my luggage trying to find somewhere else to stay. On top of that, I was CHARGED 173 feet for having to cancel when I arrived.

Good hotel, but they’ve started charging $5 for parking. The lot is never full, and this place is out by the outlet mall, not near downtown Charlotte. It feels like another junk fee to boost profit. Great choice, management!
