The managers and staff are so lit! 🔥 They’re friendly, supportive, flexible about schedules, and communicate really well when it’s time to extend a stay or check out early. They all deserve raises and promotions!

We felt supported right from our late arrival, after 9 p.m., when the staff were still there to check us in. My family and I had moved from Houston to Charlotte, but our apartment wasn’t ready. Extended Stay reserved a room for us ahead of time, then quickly found us a comfortable room on a lower floor when we asked for one for accessibility. We stayed for a month while waiting for our new place. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a kitchenette and plenty of storage, which made it easy to settle in as a family. It felt like a temporary home. Everyone treated us kindly and respectfully, and staff were available when we had questions. Their help made a stressful move much easier. We’re grateful for the care and would recommend this Extended Stay, especially to families or people relocating.

The power and Wi-Fi went out three times during my week here, including around noon on 3/20/26 while I was working. On March 20, the manager also knocked to ask if I was leaving that day, even though I’d told her four days earlier I was leaving Saturday and had paid the extra fee. I was in room 308 at 6035 tyvola glen circle charlotte, NC from March 15th to March 20th, 2026. On March 19th at 10:50 PM, a front desk woman came to my door over a noise complaint while I was at my desk and had just gotten out of the shower. She said I was stomping, though I was only walking around. Nobody offered help moving my belongings, not even a cart, while actual noise from neighbors gets ignored. At 9:33 PM, another woman knocked and said she wouldn’t repeat herself when I asked what the complaint was about. She called me a guest, not a customer, and said she could knock on whatever door she wanted because she worked there, then said it wasn’t my door. I told her to stop knocking. The way management treats tenants is unreasonable and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
