The rooms are comfortable, though the wall air unit doesn't work. You can adjust the temperature using the AC at the window. Breakfast was disappointing, and the pool isn't heated. Staff weren't especially friendly, but they weren't rude either. It seems the new management is offering extra Hilton points to encourage people to leave four-star reviews. I understand improvements take time, and they seem to be on course to make them. Still, I'd question the integrity of a four-star rating.

Beverly was so friendly and sweet, and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. For our first trip to Charolette, she helped make our first wedding anniversary feel special. The hotel put together a goodie basket for us and made a beautiful heart from rose petals in the room. We also got help from the staff when we had flight problems, and they did everything they could on the hotel side. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and we felt the stay was money well spent.

We brought our dogs for a one-night stay and were impressed by how clean the room was. There were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

Mrs. Beverly made me feel welcome right from check-in, and the quiet, safe area helped make the stay relaxing. The room was comfortable, clean, and stocked with what I needed. There may be some small plumbing issues in the building, but the shower pressure was fine. I had a pleasant visit and would happily stay again.
