Nigema is a kindhearted housekeeper who truly cares about people. She doesn’t just check in on scheduled days, she notices me and asks how I’m doing whenever she passes by. Before she came to my floor, I hadn’t realized how much dedication and attention to detail housekeeping takes. She introduced herself warmly, explained what she would do and what I could expect, and told me how she could help. She also keeps up with safety checks and makes sure things are done properly, which previous housekeepers never prioritized. I look forward to seeing her every Thursday because of both her work and the warmth she brings into my space. I hope Intown recognizes her effort and maybe considers her for a housekeeper training manager role, if that’s a position they have, so other workers can learn from her and work together. Nigema, keep shining. Even if others don’t see how much you do, I do, and I’m grateful for your hard work and kindness.

Jessica really is the heart of the team. I’ve been here about three months, and she’s always available and genuinely cares. When I bring her a problem, she gets involved right away and handles it. She’s got a great sense of humor that brightens my day, too. Just don’t try any nonsense with her, because she won’t put up with it. She’s the best manager suits has ever had in town. 😊

Everyone on site is kind and respectful, and Jessica is especially sweet. She’s always smiling, treats people warmly, and goes the extra mile when you need help. I’d definitely recommend her and the team to friends and family.

When my A/C stopped working, I let Jessica know and she made sure it was replaced ASAP. She and the staff are polite and professional, and she stays on top of things to make sure they get done.
