Savoy

I love living at Savoy. The views and amenities are great, and it feels like a luxury place at an affordable price. Paige in the office is such a doll, always attentive and ready to go the extra mile for residents. I’d definitely recommend moving here, and make sure to ask for Paige.

We’ve worked with this property a handful of times as a vendor, and every event has been great. We really look forward to working with them again. Savoy, thanks for continuing to support my small business. If you’re looking for an apartment in a great location with a helpful leasing team, this could be a good fit.

The positives are the location and apartment layouts, and the maintenance team responds quickly. But I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and my unit still has serious AC and thermostat problems. It stops working and cuts off ventilation, so we can’t set the temperature. The apartment gets extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in summer. I’ve submitted countless requests, but it still hasn’t been fixed. Technicians have told us the air circulation is completely shut off and there’s no fresh air, so I’m not exaggerating. I can’t open windows, and even if I could, bugs would get in. Packages are also being stolen a lot, and the main elevator is shut every morning.

We’ve moved out of the Savoy Apartments in Charlotte because we bought a house, but we had a great time there. The staff were incredible, especially Miranda. The common areas, gym, and pool were always sparkling and well kept. We loved the dog park and having D9 next door. Our apartment was beautiful, with high ceilings and a view over the pool, but we never heard the crowd even when it was busy. The grill was always clean and available too. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so good.
