Mandy is the standout. From the moment I arrived, I could tell she cared about my stay. This is by far the best-staffed hotel I've stayed in. Anything I asked for was taken care of right away, and they accommodated every need I had. No complaints from me.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom towels were clean too. They provided a hair dryer. The room was a little dated, and the breakfast depends on what you like. I wasn't interested in most of it, but the waffles were good. We checked in late, and the guy at the service desk didn't speak, though that was okay. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Today is 10/25/2025, and it's 1:06pm. I don't suggest anybody get a room at this hotel motel. The discrimination is real. I've been getting rooms here for a whole year, then on 10/23/3024 they waited to tell me I'm banned and can't get a room anymore. It's all because of who I decided to vote for, and because I know how to communicate with all my people instead of being separated and divided. Miss Evelyn had her team verbally attack me after they got into my personal business. They know they're upset with me because I brag about credit land and property. My situation is different, and there's no way I can't take my disability check and put it back into a business. I live with technology and stay in my rooms with a dash camera. They called the police on me for nothing. The office is very nice, but they put me in a room with no heat and one where I couldn't open the window. I could open the windows in the last two rooms, but all of a sudden in 124 I couldn't. I could open it in 116 and 120. They discriminated against me for my service animal, and I have my own record. I want corporate to review my concerns. Michelle was another nasty one, and Nate was nasty too. You shouldn't run a business this way or treat me like this. Look at the paper trail, not just my word.

I can't recommend this place, especially at $140 a night for a dump like this. The hotel is run down and seemed like nothing worked. Fans at the end of the hall were blowing in outside air. In my first room, the AC and heat unit was set to high heat when I walked in. I waited about 20 minutes, changed it to the right setting, and it still wouldn't cool down. There was also a cockroach on the ceiling. I went to the desk for another room, but no one was there for about 30 minutes. The man eventually came out of the bathroom, heard the problems, and moved us, but didn't apologize. At check-in he had barely said a word to me. I used to work in hotels, and customer service matters. Maybe the quality would make more sense if the price were lower.
