I especially appreciated one of the managers, Chris Moore. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, and his professionalism and positive attitude made an already great stay even better. At stayAPT Suites in North Carolina, my room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a full kitchen that made everything convenient. The property was quiet and well maintained, and worked well for a short or extended stay. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting North Carolina.

Brianna has made my stay at charlotte Stayatp unforgettable. She's the most helpful, accommodating, and dependable Assistant General Manager I've ever been blessed to meet. Such a polite, sweet young lady, and she goes above and beyond while staying professional at all times.

The managers have a lot to learn about respect, though the people here are good. I was wondering how much a reservation for March 10-12 would cost. We're celebrating our birthdays, his 36th and my big 50, along with our 4 year wedding anniversary. He loves your hotel, and even though it's high, I don't mind paying. Can we still stay there after Chris threw us out, even though I'd paid the room rate?

The staff had the best attitude I've ever experienced at a hotel. They were super friendly, quick to respond, and apologetic about a small issue in the room. The price was great, and the kitchen saved us money since we could relax and skip paying extra for restaurant food. The beds, including the sleeper sofa, were comfortable.

My father booked a room for me for December 23-24 so I could pick up family from the airport for the holidays. I was denied check-in when I arrived because I brought the same credit card in my dad's name that was used for the room deposit. The website doesn't say that the ID and credit card have to match. The manager was dismissive, and corporate never responded when I contacted them. They took our money and basically told me to kick rocks. I'll never use this company again.
