We left after an hour or two and went to another property. I hope I can get my money back. I couldn't sleep because it sounded like someone was being beaten in the room below us, and I honestly thought I might die there. The room was awful, with no outlets by the bed and old, dirty walls, blankets, and towels. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

The rooms were oversized and the price was very affordable, but there was a strangely strict no-visitor rule and I felt like staff were watching us constantly. People were using the pool fully dressed in what looked like dirty clothes. Around 4 a.m., our whole room started smelling like pot smoke. I guess you get what you pay for.

Water barely dribbled out of the shower, the microwave was broken, and parts of the ceiling were bubbled up and falling down from water damage. The room wasn't very clean either. At check-in, the front desk guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn't care that I checked out early or was very unhappy with the stay. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice.

The beds were clean, the rooms were okay, and the shower had good pressure, but the service was horrible. We booked two rooms through HotWire and were told we'd have to pay a $15-per-night upgrade fee to get non-smoking rooms. The desk insisted on cash, then also asked for a credit card number for “incidental expenses.” Breakfast was very skimpy. Paying $20 more to stay somewhere nicer from the start makes much more sense.
