I arrived around 9 that night on my way to or from my Navy reunion in S. Carolina, and this was one of the best hotels I stayed at on the trip. The room was spacious and very nice, and I slept like a rock. I was traveling alone and only needed a bed and shower, so I took the alternative room the gentleman at the front desk offered, which saved me another 10 Bucks. They also gave me a Veteran's disc. As I walked away, he handed me a handle bag with two waters, a thoughtful gesture. I'd definitely stay again. Big thumbs up!

The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the TV had tons of streaming choices if you use your own login. Breakfast was free and delicious, and there are toms of things to do nearby in Charlotte. Everyone on staff was welcoming and polite. I really enjoyed my stay and this will definitely be my go-to when I come back.

Ryan greeted me when I arrived at the Tru at the Charlotte airport. He was kind and professional, and listened carefully when I explained that the reservation and room didn't match what I'd requested in the app. He walked me through how to correct the mix-up. Later I spoke separately with Trime, who was responsive, and Kayla, who was knowledgeable. I had meetings for work and needed a later checkout, along with help on a few other questions and concerns. Their combined effort made my stay memorable. I'd recommend all three for a raise or promotion, and tell anyone staying at the Charlotte Airport Tru to ask for them by name to see what the hype is about.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. Check-in was welcoming and easy, and checkout was just as simple. I appreciated the complimentary little tube of toothpaste, and the hand soap smelled lovely. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner come in tubes that I really liked. It's conveniently close to the airport, and I'd recommend it to anyone traveling through Charlotte.

The price for what you get was pretty good, better than some other places nearby. I needed to shower and sleep between flights, and this hotel made getting to and from the airport easy. The room and bathroom were huge, clean, and comfortable. A kettle would have been nice, but the staff were pleasant and coffee seemed to be available downstairs around the clock. You have to call for the shuttle after landing, and it showed up within 15 minutes. I booked the 5 a.m. ride the night before and had no trouble getting it. I left before breakfast, so can't say what that was like, but I had reserved a small breakfast bag in advance with an apple and pastry. Thumbs up, I'd stay again.
