The cottage room was nice, and the grounds looked especially lovely at night with all the Christmas lights. The toilet kept running, but they sent someone to take care of it. He was very nice, fixed it quickly, and was in and out. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent customer service.

We stayed at CBI for most of the week, and by the end, everyone we met made us feel like family. That included the front desk, rooms, valet, restaurant staff, and more. Clarissa, Stephanie, and the whole team made our wedding day easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. Every detail felt perfect, and we all had a fantastic time. Thank you for making such a wonderful wedding day for us and our guests!

The service was outstanding, and the main building is stunning in a beautiful location. Our spa suite had lovely amenities, but the decor felt dated and worn, as if it had been designed in the late 1980s and needed a refresh. It didn't have that timeless feel.

The bartenders were lovely and attentive, which was nice since we wanted to avoid spending time in our rooms. For the first two nights, we were in the main inn, where the room was unbelievably cramped and dated. We could hear other guests making noise all night and didn't sleep well. On our last night we moved to the cottage, but the family above us were running and jumping at all hours, so relaxing was hard there too. Edit: I've tried several times to call and leave feedback for the person who posted the number below. I left messages, but haven't heard back :(

The pizzas were huge and delicious, with great crust. We had the Pear and Honey and the Margarita, and the Tomato salad was great too. The hummus in the Crudite was amazing, seriously, but some of the vegetables were not fresh: there was a rotted pepper and molding cauliflower. It was a good meal, but for what we paid, the Crudite vegetables should've been fresh and crisp.
