The resort grounds are lovely and have a peaceful, zen feel. There's a beautiful koi pond with food to feed the fish, plus a nice pool and hot tub tucked away in a private spot. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of surfaces for our things, and the shower head was especially nice. We were in room 117; our son and daughter-in-law had room 119. I don't remember their room type, but both are nicely situated with a back area that felt private. Ally and David were the staff members we dealt with, and they were kind, attentive, and happy to take care of even small requests. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived, and I highly recommend the Pleasant Bay Village Resort.

We'd happily stay here again. The place is charming and cute, and our room came with a dishwasher, a decent-sized fridge, glassware and plates, plus two outdoor seating areas. There was lots of natural light from all the windows. The grounds are beautiful, and my husband really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It felt like a great deal for what we got.

I loved my room, especially the deck that led right to the well-kept pool. Guests could use the outdoor games, and feeding the many beautiful Koi fish was a highlight. Breakfast made to order was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. This place is quaint, peaceful, pretty, and spotless, with beautifully maintained grounds, perfectly trimmed bushes, and a unique tree worth looking out for. I stayed in September and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We spent six days here and loved it. The heated pool was delightful, and the hot tub was large with really strong jets. The staff even brought a hose over to our car and bike rack when we asked to rinse the road spray off our bikes after a rainy night. Service was great, and the care the owners and staff put into the whole resort was clear everywhere. The grounds felt like a botanical garden oasis, and the accommodations were top-notch. We enjoyed fall rides on paved trails ranging from just minutes away to about an hour from our room. The in-room kitchen was stocked with what we needed for full meals, including salt, pepper, coffee filters, BBQ lighter fluid and tools, plus plenty of other handy things. We absolutely loved our stay.

Ali at the front desk even went out of her way to look up a flower I asked about. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the grounds are beautiful, with a fantastic koi pond and great amenities. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the resort.
