I needed somewhere quick to stay during a work trip. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly, but my mattress check wasn't thorough enough. Within a couple of hours, a bed bug bit me, and soon after I spotted three more. The staff gave me a full refund, so I left right away.

I got bitten up. There are bed bugs in the beds. In response to Key West Managment: no accountability at all. Your response is a sales pitch, and apparently nothing is your fault. Look for a hotel in Dalton instead. It's worth the drive.

Best value in chatsworth. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff remember you. Looking forward to coming back when I'm in town.

We loved our stay here. Room #213 was neat, clean, and smelled great, with lots of attention to detail. The staff were friendly and courteous, and it's conveniently located near just about anything you could want. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. It's better priced than the Super 8 at the other end of town, and feels more family friendly than the other hotels and motels in Chatsworth. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it's basically the only hotel in town that doesn't give sketchy vibes. No bugs either. My husband and I thought it was the most wonderful hotel in Chatsworth. Highly recommend.

It's a welcoming, friendly place with reasonable prices. I'd recommend it if you're visiting and need somewhere to stay for a night or a week. Great for a weekend too.
