Embassy Suites By Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

Justin, the valet, made the visit especially smooth. He was polite, quick to help with my car, and shared useful tips about the local area. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The location is the best spot in Chattanooga, and my room was ready on time and very clean. From the start, the valet staff gave great service and greeted me warmly. I think the young man who took my car was named Andre. Great stay, and I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and well organized, with a great location and accommodating staff. There was a technical glitch with the systems, but it didn’t affect us, and we’d definitely stay again. One small thing they could improve: when guests arrive back at the hotel, a simple hello or greeting would be nice.

Shelly at the bar made our anniversary night unforgettable. After my husband mentioned our anniversary while closing the tab, the front desk called to confirm it. Later, Shelly surprised us at the door with a bottle of champagne. We were in town to watch the Super Bowl, and that thoughtful gesture made the evening. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and I hope corporate sees how much she represents this hotel so well. The downstairs bar and gathering space had a welcoming feel, and the complimentary drink coupons were a nice bonus. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed, couch, and desk. The bathroom was spotless, and the roomy shower was relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga and will absolutely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chattanooga.
