Parking can be tricky later in the evening, especially with the top-notch steakhouse attached to the hotel. Still, I’m very happy with this location and stay here multiple times a week. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is delicious. Marisa and Christina are always welcoming and on their game, even when I come in late after long hours and leave early. They make sure I have everything I need, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

The complimentary evening reception, breakfast buffet, and parking were nice perks, and maintenance was very efficient. The location is convenient, close to everything and just off the highway, and the hotel looks beautiful inside. But the rooms didn’t live up to that for me. We had to switch rooms because the bathroom in the first one was dirty. The next room was dusty, had hair everywhere, and had a faulty microwave. Front desk staff were okay, but housekeeping needs improvement. Room cleanliness matters a lot to me, so I probably wouldn’t return at the regular rate.

Tony at the front desk showed great hospitality and was especially helpful. The hotel is in a great spot off I 75, and our room was clean and roomy, with a balcony. The shower was wonderful, with strong water pressure. A great stay all around.

The hotel is well maintained, and the halls, elevators, and rooms were all clean. Staff were helpful, and the free breakfast and evening drinks were welcome. I don’t understand why employers make people stand behind a desk during quiet periods just to look ready to serve guests. From a human point of view, give them a chair. As someone short with limited reach, I also had to stand in the shower’s line of fire to turn it on. Otherwise, everything exceeded my expectations. Most of all, I actually slept well in the comfortable bed, which is unusual for me in hotels.
