Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The shower water pressure was terrible, which was my only complaint. The room itself was great, clean, and had a pretty comfortable bed. The lobby smelled really good when we walked in. Anna checked us in and was absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming. I’d come back just because of her.

I’m staying at Comfort Inn and came next door for supper. ANGELA, the bartender and mixologist, was great and made me feel so welcome that I plan to stay at Hilton Garden Inn from now on. She’s a great asset to the Hilton brand.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower had strong pressure with plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the text from staff checking that everything was okay with our room. The lobby smelled lovely when we came in, which made it feel welcoming. Being right off the highway was handy while traveling. Parking got a little tight later in the evening after dinner, but it wasn't a big problem. We'd stay here again.

The room on the fifth floor was lovely, but getting our bags there was exhausting. I was already worn out when we checked in, and there were no luggage carts. The front desk didn't seem to know where they were. The same problem came up at checkout, and hauling more than a couple of bags without a cart is frustrating. It seems some guests keep the carts in their rooms overnight for their own use the next day. Hilton should either provide more carts or require guests to give their room number and return the cart to the desk after using it. This is ridiculous.
