I was in town for work and keep personal work related items in my room that I don't want others seeing, so I left the do not disturb sign on the door the whole time. Even though staff had my phone number, nobody called before going in. While I was at a customer facility, maintenance entered to change the thermostat. Later I noticed $250 missing from my personal travel wallet. I raised it with the manager, but she offered no resolution and didn't seem concerned.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to Buffalo airport and mostly positive reviews. Check-in around 10:00 PM was quick, but our first room, 409, had a large brown stain on the side of a queen bed. The front desk apologized after I showed photos and moved us to room 413. By the time we got settled it was nearly 11:30 PM, and we had to be up early for a 6:00 AM flight. In the new room, the toilet kept running and wouldn't flush properly. It was still doing it in the morning. I told the front desk manager at checkout, and he was understanding and apologized. Between changing rooms and the toilet problem, our short visit was less comfortable than we expected. We didn't get to see much of the area or interact much with staff outside check-in and checkout.

The kids loved the pool, and everything we saw was clean. We had a great stay, especially thanks to Eric at the front desk. He was so accommodating and went out of his way to get our broken TV working.

The room was clean and handy, and the airport was only a short drive away. We got to check in early because of the snow, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Deja, the bartender, was pleasant, proactive, and made good cocktails. Her assistant Camello was helpful too, especially about remembering the limes. They were a great team. The rooms were clean and check-in was easy. A wonderful experience, highly recommend!
