The fast, easy check-in and checkout were a plus, and the king bed was really comfortable. The TV had clear color, a modern picture and an easy remote, and the small fitness center was clean and up to date. The room itself was a letdown: the sheer curtain was shredded from top to bottom, and the bathroom faucet was loose and looked decades old. The breakfast area furniture also seemed straight out of the 1980s, all nicked up and overdue for replacement. On our last day the elevator was out, so we had to haul our luggage down the stairs. It gave the impression the franchisee isn't able or willing to put money into the property. We wouldn't stay again if we had another option. The adjacent Comfort Inn was closed for a full renovation.

The pool was cold, though the kids still had fun in it. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty disorganized, with nobody clearing tables and a lot of items missing, but there was enough to get by. Since this was just a quick stopover, the stay was okay. I don't know that I'd hurry back.

We booked rooms for a work project, and they weren't clean. My dad's wedding ring was taken from the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor and there was nothing to drink. The cashier was asleep each day when I came to get a new room, and the AC didn't work.

Breakfast was very limited: the juice machine was broken, there were no hot dishes ready, just a waffle maker for guests to use. We also had a frustrating time at the front desk. We waited while asking to print a travel document, then staff refused because our reservation was through Booking.com. When we raised the housekeeping problems, they gave a flat apology and did nothing else. The room hadn't been properly checked before we arrived. A used towel with stains and hair was still in the shower. The bathroom dispensers were mixed up too, with body lotion in the conditioner bottle, while the shampoo and body wash seemed to be the same generic product.

My daughter and I came to Chelsea for a robotics competition and stayed the weekend. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We were told breakfast ran from 7am-10am, which was disappointing since we had to leave for the competition at 7. Then, a little after 6am the next morning, I went to my car and found breakfast already out. Shelly had heard that some guests needed to eat before 7 and put it out early. I was so impressed and really appreciated her going out of her way for us.
