We were accused of smoking in the room, even though it already smelled of smoke when we entered. The man at the front desk was rude and harassed us from arrival through the rest of our stay. We also found roaches and a blood stain on the sheets. Breakfast was just boiled eggs and toast, and they tried to charge us an extra $10 for housekeeping, though cleaning should have been included in what we paid. I wouldn't recommend staying here, 0 out of 10.

The price is low, but you get what you pay for. The rooms look okay, though the shower didn't drain right. Running the HVAC made the room smell like the filters hadn't been changed. I don't know how this place got a four-star rating.

They refused to serve me after I wrote a review about the dirty room, missing cups, and bed with no sheets. There have been bugs on the floor several times, some about two inches long. I was told they were water bugs. I filed a complaint with Wyndham customer service, and they said they'd received others and were waiting for a guaranteed outcome. I've never been refused service before. Stay at your own risk!!'nnn

I'm on the road nonstop as a welder working on water towers, so I've stayed in plenty of hotels across the U.S. Baymont Cheraw South Carolina really impressed me. The front desk staff were super friendly and had a great sense of humor. My room was extremely clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you!

Used towels were stuffed behind the bathroom door, and dirty washcloths were already in the shower. The room was gross, with mold on beds that had clearly been slept in and were only half made. Go somewhere else.
