DoubleTree by Hilton Cherry Hill Philadelphia

The bathroom was spectacular, and my housekeeper clearly put a lot of effort into the room. I work in housekeeping and am very particular, so I was happy with how clean everything was. The sheets looked brand new, the lobby was spotless, and the hallways stayed quiet even with dance teams there. I’d give the room a 5 out of 5, exactly what I expected. A few small things: the bed could’ve been neater, my lock box was locked, and there was no ice bag. There wasn’t a notepad with a name, so I couldn’t leave a personal thank-you note, but I’ll leave a nice tip at the front desk for room 704. The man at the desk was welcoming and made me feel comfortable at check-in with his constant smile. I stayed feb202026-feb212026. Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Double Tree in Cherry Hill and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, and the personal attention was great. Fatmir provided outstanding service at breakfast, where the buffet was tasty and included made-to-order omelets. Even the Diet Coke was ice cold. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I had such a good stay at Double Tree that I’ll book here again when I visit. The food at Embers restaurant was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the hot breakfasts each morning. Fatmir and Barise, please forgive me if I’ve spelled your names wrong, made breakfast comfortable and pleasant with excellent service. Dinner was good too: after a long day’s work, my ribeye came out quickly and was cooked just how I liked it. My name is Alexander, and I want to thank beautiful Nabila first. My husband and I came expecting the cleanliness and comfort associated with the Hilton brand. Instead, we found visible blood on the bed sheets. I reported it to the front desk and asked for them to be changed immediately, but they were never changed during our stay. I have photos. The room also stayed unbearably hot, despite several requests through the Hilton app. They said an engineer named Bob had been sent, but nothing was fixed. My husband became ill during the stay, which we directly connect to the unsanitary conditions we had to sleep in. I filed a formal Hilton Guest Assistance case on June 3, 2025 (Case #273118043) and was told to expect a response within three days. For weeks, representatives, including Joyce, Alex, Jennifer, and others, passed me around without resolving anything. Jennifer Washington, the Executive Assistant at this property, looked at my photos, heard from her own staff member that my room had been overlooked, and offered a one-night refund. Then she went silent for more than a week. When the hotel finally replied in writing, they acknowledged every complaint, including the temperature, sheets, and my husband’s well-being, but offered only points. This is a health and sanitation failure. Don’t stay here until the property is held accountable.
