For an old place, it's clean and nice. They've already done quite a bit of work, and renovations are still going on. Breakfast could use some improvement, but otherwise it was all good.

Being right beside I-95 wasn't a great location for me. The room smelled awful, and there was no hot water to shower or wash my two-month-old's bottles. There was a crack in the ceiling and no curtain, and the mini fridge didn't even have a freezer.

My bed was comfortable, and the staff were nice enough. Still, the room smelled strongly of old cigarettes even though it was marked non-smoking, and the sheets had old stains that looked like they'd been washed before. Breakfast was a joke. The hotel is working on renovations, but building supplies and trash from clearing out old materials were scattered around. Getting straight off I-95 is handy, though the neighborhood feels really sketchy.

The second room they moved me to was supposed to be new, but the bed sagged, there was no proper blanket, and the room was filthy. After my shower, my feet were dirty from the unmopped floor. There was also loud banging from people upstairs. In the first room, it wasn't clean despite being told the maids had just left, and the TV didn't work. They moved me after about 30 minutes. No bugs that I saw, but this was a 10 out of 10 no, don't go for me. Since you replied, my last name would be different. Common sense would suggest that.
