Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

The room was spotless, and the rest of the hotel was kept up just as well. Cleanliness matters a lot to me because of my OCD, so I checked carefully after my family arrived on 2/24/26. Cindy was the first person to greet us and asked about our drive. The man at the front desk was friendly too, asked about our commute, and explained the amenities. Later, Cindy saw my kids taking pictures and offered to take some for them, including one of our whole family. We had a nice chat and laughed while she took more photos. After our outing we went to the pool, which was also well maintained. Cindy even popped in to check on us while we were swimming. She was so sweet. The staff and cleanliness were a ten across the board. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The evening Kickback, with hot snacks and drinks, and the complimentary breakfast were a real help after a long travel day. Our room was spotless and quiet, and there was plenty of shopping and dining nearby, with easy access to downtown St. Louis. The Drury Plaza in Chesterfield felt cozy and family-friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help. We had a fantastic stay, and it exceeded what we expected. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Nick stopped by our table three times during dinner, which my kids loved. He checked in about our stay, cleared things as we ate, and was warm and engaged each time. That kind of friendliness feels rare in 2026. Missy, the bartender, was equally welcoming with the other guests, though we didn’t order drinks ourselves. At check-in, Gabe was juggling a computer problem and making delicious popcorn, yet still answered my questions and made me feel like I had his full attention. Jim walked me through check-in, explained the dinner and breakfast buffets, and helped me find a particular room for my children. He was very friendly and helpful. The whole staff made an impression, and I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name. So impressed with the service we received that evening.

The rooms were clean, and the room service was great. Having two complimentary meals each day saved me a lot on the trip since we didn’t have to eat out. Really good experience, and I’ll definitely come back.
