The people here have great personalities and a strong work ethic. Paola Oviedo, Mark Gordon, and Fred Thomas are names I especially want to recognize among the front desk and maintenance staff. There's one other staff member whose full name I'll have to get later. Whenever I have a question, the front desk, maintenance team, and Main Office either know the answer or go out of their way to find it and get back to me. They're on time and know their work. I've had a great experience in this building, and through GOD’S grace I expect to be here a while. I wish there were more people like them.

There are some great jogging routes nearby, along the shoreline or out to the Promontory Point. Getting downtown is easy too: Bus No. 6 stops right in front of Del Prado and goes along Michigan Ave, taking about 30 minutes. Other buses stop there as well. The building used to be a hotel, and you can still see that in the big lobby and study lounge, with sturdy wooden tables and free Wifi. The concierge is there 24/7. Pathelia at the front desk is especially kind and sweet.

Walking past the front desk each morning, I feel Chandra's warmth and joy even on days when we don't get to greet each other. Seeing how she interacts with the other tenants lifts my mood and helps make Del Prado feel like a welcoming, connected place. Chandra, you are appreciated and loved. Thank you!

I always look forward to seeing Chandra when I leave the building in the morning. She brings such a compassionate, upbeat spirit to the people she serves.
