Nicole and her team made things easy from start to finish. They held our luggage before check-in and after checkout so we could explore town, and the complimentary breakfast was both delicious and super clean. Every staff member we met was pleasant and helpful. I can’t say enough about this location, and I’ll definitely come back.

The lobby on the 7th floor is spectacular, with beautiful views of downtown. There are heated igloos outside on the patio where you can hang out. We were working as photographers at a wedding starting in one of the hotel rooms, and Naomi at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind. She was attentive to what we needed, warm, upbeat, and positive. My wife and I definitely want to come back and stay here.

The rooftop has a great view, and the hotel is handy for getting to so many restaurants. Nicole at the front desk went above and beyond and made my stay the best. She’s a wonderful example of the quality staff at this quality hotel. Love this place, and thanks, Nicole! (Tracy Penner)

We had a really enjoyable long stay with the family over Christmas. The rooms were great, and breakfast was convenient and appreciated, even though it was basically the same each day. The dining area was kept very clean, and the staff were wonderful professionals. Nicole T was especially awesome.
