Marriott Chicago O'Hare

The location made getting around easy, with Mariano’s within walking distance and the metro station right next door. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Sir Rey is professional, informative, and goes out of his way to make arrivals feel lighter after a long flight. Our crew always looked forward to seeing him and being warmly welcomed. His way with guests makes him stand out. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

I ended up staying overnight because of a flight issue, and I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area. They accommodated me with check-in about four hours early, which I sincerely appreciated. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Rey at the counter was professional and took time to chat and explain things. That's exactly the kind of customer service a hotel front desk should provide.

The airport location and frequently running complimentary shuttle made getting to and from O’Hare easy. What I'll remember most, though, is how well the team looked after me. At check-in, a kind, attentive, professional staff member handled an unexpected room mix-up quickly and arranged an upgrade. He even brought snacks, chocolate, and water to my room as a thoughtful gesture. The next day, I found a handwritten apology note, wine, and a charcuterie board. It was a funny, unexpected situation, but I felt safe and cared for throughout. I truly appreciated the team's kindness and professionalism, and I'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you for all the care.

The hotel was easy for convention attendees to reach, right off the Blue Line, and the food was delicious. I worked a convention there this past weekend and can't say enough good things about the hotel and its staff. Everyone was so helpful. Chris, a wonderful guy, kept checking in and restocking trays to help our special event go smoothly. Stay here if you can, you won't regret it.
