Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown/River North

The hotel's location is amazing, and both the rooms and service were excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city. My favorite part was getting to chat with Javier and Fannie, the two kitchen staff members. They were warm and welcoming each morning at breakfast, and I looked forward to talking with them. They made our trip memorable. Javier and Fannie, thank you so much, and happy holidays!

There was plenty of breakfast to choose from, including eggs, sausage, cereal, sweet rolls, bagels, bread, coffee, and juice. It was all delicious, and everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Special thanks to Fanny and Javier in the restaurant, Jose and Saul at the front desk, and Bernadette. An extra big shout-out to Saul Montes. The room was just right for four people, and I'd definitely come back.

The city view made our room more enjoyable, and I barely heard any outside noise or neighbors. The walls seem pretty thick. The room was spotless too, with no stains or hair left by previous guests. Service was amazing. The dining attendants went out of their way to make me comfortable, and the friendly front desk staff knew the area well. This location suited me perfectly, with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is my only complaint: the package is expensive, though maybe $60 a day is normal for Chicago. The garage was clean and felt safe for my car.

I've stayed here many times over the last ten years, and it's my hidden gem. I've never had a bad experience. Miss India has checked me in or greeted me several times, and I can't say enough about how lovely they are. India, you're the reason this hotel is such a top-tier place to stay!
