Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place

The view was great, breakfast was amazing, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond. I didn't expect the hotel to feel so luxurious for what I paid. I was impressed as soon as I walked through the doors. It was an awesome stay, highly recommend.

Our girls know the staff by name now and run to hug them every time we come back. That's how welcoming Bao, Yesnellie, and the rest of the breakfast staff are. They make my kids and me feel like they've been waiting all morning just for us. Ramon Vianca, Laura V, Mario, and Alex are the best thing to happen to hotel hospitality. Even when things get insanely busy, they keep the front desk calm and peaceful. They're exceptional at their jobs. And the woman with a scarf in her hair and the older Black lady always make sure my girls feel special. Thanks to all of you for your love and kindness!

I slept well in a comfortable bed, and the room was ready when I arrived with no issues. The concierge desk laundry and dry-cleaning service worked well and didn't cost too much. The downtown location is why I chose the hotel. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, which is a major perk, and the friendly front desk team made for a good stay. Security is usually around, which seems necessary after an incident I saw involving a transient who wouldn't leave. I'd return for the convenience alone. The property is well managed, and that makes me happy to be a proud Hilton Diamond member.

The bridge made it easy to get to the convention center without heading outside in the bitter cold. That's a great perk if you're attending an event there. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was incredible. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Parking was the only snag. Our group chose valet to make things a bit easier.
