Hotel BnB

I booked this place for the convenient location, and regretted it almost immediately. There was no one working on site, just an entry code, and when another guest and I got locked out overnight because our codes failed, the person I called was in another state. They told me to bang on the door and wake the other guests so someone might let us in. Inside, the place was filthy, things were broken, and piles of random junk were everywhere. The smell of urine mixed with cheap air freshener. My tiny, dirty room smelled like someone had used the carpet as a bathroom, and the sheets had cigarette burns. I reported it on day one and was told someone would clean it, but nobody came. What made me feel unsafe was hearing two men who seemed to live there make sexual comments about me on several occasions. I packed up and left two days early for a proper hotel. Management didn't care when I reported it, and wouldn't apologize or refund the last two days I was charged for but didn't stay. Truly awful.

I woke up itching and covered in bites, then checked under the mattress. There were several bed bugs tucked into the mattress seams. Absolutely disgusting. Don't spend your money here.

The beds were comfortable, and my pod stayed nice and warm. It's a pretty bare-bones place, but if you're a guy who just needs somewhere to sleep and shower, it does the job. You get what you pay for.

The staff has heard my complaints and said they'd fix things, but nothing has been fixed. I'd rather they just ignored me than make promises. I came here because I needed a place to stay, and got one, but at what cost? My little room is 87 degrees, the TV has no remote, and the fan is broken. The building smells like dog pee, and I'm constantly dealing with small flies. Apart from having a bed and some privacy, I don't have what I need. I'm not hard to impress, either. Unless the location really matters to you, you'd be better off staying somewhere else.
