Swissotel - Chicago

There’s plenty to do nearby, and the staff are always smiling and super helpful. The amuse bar has great drinks and service. I’ve stayed here three times and have seen many of the same staff, so I guess they treat their employees well.

The restaurant food was the best we’ve ever had, and the gym was state of the art. We had comfortable rooms with fantastic views of the city to the east, north, and west. The hotel is also close to Millennium Park, restaurants, breakfast spots, and coffee shops. From checkout and room service to the waitstaff, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. We had a great experience from start to finish. It was completely worth it, and we’d definitely return. Outstanding.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and I had an incredible panoramic view of Navy Pier and the city. The TVs need an upgrade, and the valet team could be more courteous and respectful. Even so, it was an amazing stay. I’ve been here many times and will definitely return because of the management team’s service. Simona was courteous, helpful, and joyful, and she made sure I was comfortable. Without the great management, the stay would’ve been subpar. Great service made the difference.

Jean, the Front Office Manager, was brilliant and made sure we were accommodated when we arrived. She upgraded us to a wonderful room with a Navy Pier view and left a lovely cake for my brother’s birthday, since the trip from Ireland was a special occasion. The staff were lovely, and the hotel made our four nights with family a really special experience. We loved the stunning hotel and its amazing location. Thank you!
