I only planned to stay for a three-month lease, but ended up living at Webster House for more than two years. The location and amenities were a great bonus, and the management, doormen, and maintenance staff were always friendly and there when I needed them. I moved because I wanted to try a different neighborhood. Otherwise, I wouldn't have left. I'll miss the building and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in Lincoln Park.

The Webster team is friendly, helpful, and really seems to care about the tenants. The apartments are spacious and well priced, with lots of natural light, and there's a new gym too. It’s also right across from the zoo and very convenient for transportation. This is easily the best apartment building I’ve lived in, in Chicago or any other major U.S. city. I’d highly recommend it.

I spent three years at The Webster House and loved how close it was to the zoo, conservatory, lake shore path, and downtown, which you can reach by the 151 bus. It’s a beautiful place, and I’ll miss living there. The management team, doormen, and maintenance staff were friendly and professional. They also put on some well-done events for the air and water show and holidays.

If you can get an east-facing unit, the views of Navy Pier fireworks, zoo animals, and Air and Water Show planes are incredible. I especially liked the fitness center too, including its Woodway machine. Webster House has a lot of history, is beautiful, and is affordably priced. The management team was great, and Mike and Sylvia were awesome to work with. I loved living there and could easily have stayed for ten years.
