The walking trail right outside was great for me and my dogs, and there was enough room for them to relax while I felt comfortable too. The cabin was spotless and cozy, with thoughtful touches and amenities that made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The whole stay was easy and relaxing, just what I needed. I had a wonderful time at Postcard Cabins and would happily return.
Our cabin was clean, well equipped, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and responsive, so my BFF and I would book another visit. We stayed in a 2-queen cabin for a mini-vacay. A heads-up about the layout: Bridgette #4 has a very short driveway, and two cars were a squeeze. There are a few spaces by the nature trail where we could have parked one car if needed. At the bottom of the top bunk ladder there's a small step that could catch you on a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip. We also wished we'd brought aluminum foil, saran wrap, citronella candles, bug spray, string lights, and a small motion sensor light.
The cabins have big windows that let you enjoy the forest, and they're like tiny homes with all the essentials. It felt like camping, only cleaner and with A/C. The road had some decent-sized potholes, but in an SUV they were easy enough to spot and avoid. They provide a complimentary snores kit, water, tea, coffee, oatmeal, and popcorn. We only stayed one night while passing through, but I could see staying longer another time.
After Postcard Cabin’s loyalty program changed to Marriott Bonvoy, the free night I'd earned vanished from my account. Nobody had told me the program would end, and when I contacted them, they said they wouldn't make an exception or offer another option. I loved staying with Postcard Cabin before, but losing a benefit I'd already earned with no remedy is frustrating and makes me question their fairness and customer loyalty. You said to reach out offline, but how? I've already emailed and contacted you offline. Is there a number I can call?
We had a great one-night getaway in these clean, lovely cabins. They were thoughtfully stocked with things we might need, and coffee, firewood, and a s’mores kit are now included in the “daily destination fee.” Our only snag was checking in through Marriott. Once we finally reached a local contact instead of Marriott corporate, everything went great.
