Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ontario - Chino Hills by IHG

The location is really handy for our business, and the parking lot was spacious and well lit when we arrived. Booking and check-in were quick and easy. The hotel is clean, and the staff meme who checked us in was extremely nice. We’ll definitely become regulars. Fun fact, my fiancée planted the palm trees here and at the hotel across the way! Thanks for the cute pin.

For the past two years I’ve stayed here, and the customer service has been over the top. They’re quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. I’m glad breakfast is complimentary and easy to enjoy in the dining area. There’s also an upgraded hot coffee and water machine, plus a handy marketplace for essentials.

We’ve been here 10 days, and this is definitely one of the better Holiday Inn's we’ve stayed at. Mr. G at reception was friendly and accommodating. From the breakfast staff to the women cleaning the rooms, everyone was professional, helpful, and kind, which you don’t see too often. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

We keep returning, and it won’t be our last stay. The hotel is clean and well kept, but the staff are what really make it for us. Ariana and Mr. G are kind and helpful, always doing their best to meet our needs. Housekeeping, the front desk, and management all provide excellent service. My family and I will be back soon!
