I got a refund and left. I arrived at 1am with my two toddlers and found the room and bed hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. After I texted, I was sent to another room, but it smelled strongly of natural gas. I carried the bedding from that room back to the dirty one. Within a minute, a woman I assumed was the owner arrived, angry. She'd been watching from her window, which my kids noticed. She followed me to the room where my pregnant wife and children were, peered through the window, and demanded I open the door. I wasn't about to do that at 1am with an angry, unidentified person outside, so we left. For about four days afterward, my kids kept bringing up how scared they were. I stayed here twice before, 3-4 years ago, and had no issues then. The place may have new ownership or management.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and self check-in and checkout were easy. It's a nice motel in a handy spot on the Alaska Seward highway.

We booked at the last minute for me and a friend, and my husband handled it. Check-in was easy, with clear, concise communication from the hostess. The room was comfortable and very clean, as was the bathroom, and it was much better than I expected. It stayed quiet despite being close to the highway. I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

A comfortable room, clean, with a nice bed and pleasant surroundings. The owner was extremely nice, and it was excellent value all around.

For the price, it was a decent RV spot, conveniently about 30 minutes from Anchorage. We arrived around midnight, and the help desk woman was helpful when the electricity at our site didn't work. She suggested we use the next slot. There was no water, which hadn't been mentioned beforehand, and despite the motel setting there weren't any toilets or showers.
