Valet is $48 overnight. Nicholas, Ben, and Joshua took great care of me. Check-in was easy, no razzle dazzle, and the lobby smelled nice. Ray from food and beverage was kind too. As I walked through the lobby, he asked if I was coming or going. I said coming, and he told me to enjoy my stay. I was disappointed that my room didn't have the accommodations I'd requested by phone when booking, and the TV didn't work. At 5:20 p.m. I called the desk and spoke with Moxie or Moxy, spelling uncertain, who said she'd contact the engineer. At 5:50, no one had come, so I called back. She said there was a wedding and the engineer might be busy with it. I also asked for pillows before hanging up. At 6, Jaeyante, aka Twin, brought the pillows. He tried to fix the TV, but it still didn't work, so he called maintenance and did exactly what he said he'd do. Mel from maintenance arrived at 6:14 and fixed it. On checkout, Raine at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks for the good service, Raine!

Moxie at the front desk welcomed us with waters and suggested cheaper public parking on the same block, next to the Westin, Fountain Square south garage. The lounge hostess was kind and accommodating too. I believe this is the only Marriott downtown with a concierge lounge serving breakfast, snacks, drinks, and yummy desserts in the evening. The hotel and room were clean and had a good vibe. It's centrally located in downtown Cincinnati, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The service was extremely friendly, and I'd definitely stay again.

The soup of the day was warm, cozy comfort in a cup, just right for a cold winter day. I had lunch with a client at the Renaissance a couple of weeks ago, and the whole visit was great. The staff welcomed us and were genuinely friendly, the kind of service that makes you want to stay awhile. Great atmosphere and a team that made us feel taken care of. I'll definitely be back.

The night shift valet service got our stay off to a disappointing start, but things turned around the next morning. Leslie and Raine at the front desk greeted me warmly and were polite, professional, and attentive to detail. The morning valet attendant was courteous and professional as well. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with friendly, attentive staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a modern look and beautiful high-end finishes throughout. I'd absolutely return, largely because Leslie and Raine went above and beyond and made a lasting impression with their service.

We were stuck at the Renaissance during the snowstorm, but the staff helped me enjoy the stay. The room was clean, as expected, and the service was professional. From the moment you enter, people go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The managers, Mr. Refo and Mr. Elyor, were calm, polite, and made sure I got the best service they could provide. The first-floor restaurant, 4th and Walnut Rest., made a real difference. It has a wide variety of options, and the food was served fresh and warm and tasted delicious. I'd recommend the place for a short or long stay.
