My husband and I came with friends for a two-week fishing vacation. Heidi, the manager/owner, processed and shipped all the salmon we caught. That made things really convenient for all of us.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are a few things the rooms could use, like outlets that are easier to reach, bedside tables, and a mini fridge or a way to keep ice, so guests don’t have to go up and down the stairs for drinks. The outside could use a facelift too. The continental breakfast was not what I would have liked, but my husband made the reservation, so I didn’t get a say. Still, the room itself was clean and comfy.

The family who owns this B&B is very friendly, and the room was very clean. Its central spot made it easy for us to visit Nikiski, Kenai, Soldotna, and Homer during our few days on the Kenai Peninsula. We’d definitely stay here again.

The scenery is breathtaking, like everywhere in Alaska. We found the place really comfortable to rent with our small children, and it has a quiet, date-like setting too.
